In 2016, as short-term lets began gaining traction, I listed my first property on Airbnb. The results were eye-opening.
Compared to traditional long-term lets, I quickly saw the increased revenue potential and flexibility that short-term lets offered to me as a property investor and landlord.
Meanwhile, my work in property development led me to discover the transformative power of home staging. By carefully curating interiors and enhancing spaces, I was able to increase property value and drastically reduce selling times.
This dual expertise inspired me to launch The Home Edit Property in 2018, bringing together the best of property staging and short-term let management.
Today, we manage a growing portfolio of beautifully presented homes across Herefordshire, delivering exceptional guest experiences and enhanced returns for property owners.

Founder
Jen oversees the day-to-day running of the business, working closely with clients to complete consultations and property audits.
She leads the interior design and styling process, coordinates the team, manages guest communication and property maintenance, and acts as the main point of contact for estate agents when properties are on the market, coordinating viewings and ensuring everything runs seamlessly between clients, agents, teams, and guests.

Operations Manager
Through weekly and monthly inspections, she maintains high standards of quality, safety and compliance across the portfolio, helping deliver a seamless guest experience.
Hannah also plays a key role in the staging team, helping curate beautiful, functional spaces that are thoughtfully styled to enhance the visitor's experience for short term lets and create emotional connection for staging for sale.

Photography and Media Consultant
Daniel does all our client photography, manages the website design and development, oversees marketing planning and strategy. He is instrumental in making our properties looking appealing in websites, brochures so we can generate the maximum interest for out cleints.

Revenue Manager
Provides strategic revenue management and operational consultancy, ensuring portfolio achieves maximum ROI through data driven pricing strategies.
Oversees end to end set up of Property Management System (PMS) and streamlines day to day operations.
